Born and raised in Marion County, Steve bought his first parcel of land when he was just 12 years old. Steve is experienced in all aspects of real estate, but has recently been most active in loan workouts, short sales, asset protection and tax certificate investment. Steve has acquired, developed and marketed hundreds of lots and small acreage parcels.

A Marion County native, Todd received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Todd attended Seoul National University in South Korea and is conversant in Korean and Spanish. Todd worked for the Lehman Brothers in their Seoul and New York Offices. Presently he is the CEO of Ocala’s leading storage provider Neighborhood Storage which owns and manages 24 self-storage facilities and over one half-million square feet of retail and storage space in the Ocala/Marion County area. Todd is currently an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School.

A licensed real estate agent and Marion County native, Rachel studied Psychology at the University of Maryland. After spending more than a decade in the financial industry she returned to her hometown of Ocala to expand her career in Real Estate Development. Rachel has experience with various sized projects from the development of large acreage residential development to the purchase and sale of residential and commercial tracts. Rachel serves as Chair of the East Ocala Redevelopment Advisory Committee, serves on the Ocala 2050 Vision Committee, enjoys the outdoors, is an avid supporter of the local arts community, and spends her off time supporting/fostering/ volunteering for animal rescue organizations and local spay/neuter advocacy programs.
