John Rudnianyn, CCIM, ALC
A graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Planning, John has structured almost every kind of real estate transaction imaginable over the past 40 years. Specializing in horizontal acquisition, assemblage and development John has worked with hundreds of thousands of acres utilized for cattle ranches, horse farms, residential communities, shopping centers, apartments and industrial uses.
Licensed in Real Estate for over 34 years, Don specializes in large acreage tracts and horse farms. Throughout his long and distinguished career Don has negotiated the sale of hundreds of thousand acres including many Marion County horse farms and cattle ranches.
Steve is experienced in all aspects of real estate, but has recently been most active in loan workouts, short sales, asset protection and tax certificate investment. Born and raised in Marion County, Steve bought his first parcel of land when he was just 12 years old. Steve has acquired, developed and marketed hundreds of lots and small acreage parcels.
Also a Marion county native, Todd received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Todd attended Seoul National University in South Korea, and is conversant in Korean and Spanish. Todd Rudnianyn worked for the Lehman Brothers in their Seoul and New York Offices. Presently he is the CEO of Ocala’s leading storage provider Neighborhood Storage which owns and manages 14 self-storage facilities and over one half-million square feet of retail and storage space in the Ocala/Marion County area. Todd is currently an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School.
